Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 can allow/block Internet cookies per website. You need to add our domain name to the allowed list.
Open the website that requires cookies to be enabled and copy the URL to your clipboard (Ctrl+C).

Click on Tools icon located in the upper right part of the screen and select Internet Options.

In the Internet options pop-up window that appears, go to the Privacy tab and click on Sites button.
Paste the website URL in the next window, click Allow and OK to apply the changes.
